1. What this service is

Maritime Match provides online profiles, vacancy listings, search, and automated ranking so seafarers and licensed manning agencies can discover each other. It is an information and talent-discovery platform.

2. What this service is not

We do not recruit, place, or employ seafarers. We do not charge seafarers for jobs. We do not sign POEA/DMW contracts or handle deployment paperwork.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. Seafarers are responsible for the truth of sea service and certificates. Agencies are responsible for the truth of vacancies and for hiring only under their own licenses.

4. Fees

Seafarer accounts are free. If agency subscriptions are introduced, they are billed to companies only. Any request for a seafarer to pay for a job through this site is a violation of these terms — report it.

5. Matching and alerts

Scores and emails are generated from the data you entered. They can be wrong. They are not a job offer. Human review by the agency remains essential.
